Ann Dress / cabana

Here is a twist on a classic in a bold black and cream stripe!  A simple dress that eludes style with its play of color!  The dress features a half-sleeve, simple v-neck and a self-tie (in front or in back).  It hits above the knee, but is not super short!  So, so cute!
